Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns sent back to us within 15 days of receiving the item are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, after that period we can not receive them.
Please do not send your purchase back. Contact us first at email@example.com to follow up and use the subject line "RETURN". All returns must be approved before you send it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error do not apply for a refund.
Items purchased at department stores or at any other stores selling MyWola merchandise may not be returned to MyWola.com
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery can not be refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returned orders. If you are approved, we will refund your credit card or original form of payment for the amount you paid minus the re-stocking fee within a certain amount of days. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges or postage.
Your return order must be shipped and received at our office within 15 days of return approval. If your order comes after the 15 day time frame MyWola reserves the right to refuse your return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us first stating what is wrong with your order at email@example.com before sending the item back to us.
Depending on product availability, we will have a new item shipped out to you as soon as we receive your return. In the event that the item is sold out, we will refund your credit card back the full amount of your order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all orders placed during promotional sales, with discount codes, or under the clearance section are final.
MyWola is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or shipping fees associated with your return package. Please make sure you ship the package correctly and mark it as a return to avoid customs fees from being charged to us upon delivery.
We accept exchanges up to 15 days after you receive your MyWola order. It must be UNUSED and in the same resalable condition you received it. Your exchange must be approved by our office.
Contact our office first at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "EXCHANGE" and let us know that you would like to exchange your MyWola product and you will receive an exchange authorization number.
After you receive your authorization number, you may mail your bag back in it’s original packaging to:

Once we receive your item, we will be able to process the exchange and you will be issued a store credit code.
You will need to pay for the return shipping of your initial order and of the new bag as these fees go directly to our carrier.
Your exchange order must be shipped and received at our office within 15 days of receiving your return authorization number. If your order comes after the 15 day time frame MyWola reserves the right to refuse your return.
All orders placed during promotional sales, with discount codes, or under the clearance section are final; No exchanges, no returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
MyWola.com is not responsible for damages that may occur to merchandise during shipping, including merchandise that is lost in transit. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns.
MyWola.com is NOT responsible for damages that may occur during care for merchandise; including but not limited to washing, drying and/or dry cleaning.
