Placing an order and payment
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it will be difficult to be modified once submitted.
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Paypal and Apple Pay.
Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship.
Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania.
Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
You will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of items in your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.

MyWola.com offers select merchandise for pre-sale as a great way to purchase products for the upcoming season.
Pre-sale merchandise has not arrived in our warehouse as of yet and will be marked as “Pre-sale” under the product description along with an expected arrival date.
Customers are given the opportunity to reserve what they like, which will be shipped as soon as the products arrive in our warehouse.
Your credit card will not be charged until the items ship from our warehouse. To get information about exclusive MyWola pre-order events, please subscribe to our mailing list.
At times MyWola.com provides online specials by offering promotional codes. These codes must be entered in the promo code box at check out.
Please note, codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and only one promo code can be used per order.

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we CANNOT guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. During holiday sales we will refuse all cancellation requests. Please take this into consideration as you shop.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
MyWola ships within 2-3 business days, allow an additional 5-10 business days for USPS to deliver your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
